Effect of Ion Concentration on Soliton Propagation along DNA

The transmission of excitations along DNA molecule axis is studied. The soliton excitations are determined within the framework of model of DNA molecules structure conformational changes, depending on concentration of ionic environment and on the value of intramolecular attractive force induced by multivalent cations
