Superconductivity - Not Fading Electrical Current in Dissipative Medium
Yu.L. Klimontovich

Basic stages of the development of the theory of superconductivity are traced. Despite of remarkable successes of the theory, the physical explanation of the phenomenon of superconductivity as a non-fading electrical current in a dissipative medium does not exist until now.
A way of such an explanation is considered. The existence of non- fading electrical current is shown to become possible due to occurrence of flicker noise and appropriate residual temporary correlations
Key words: superconductivity, dissipative system, flicker noise
