Chaos in Anisotropic-Cavity Ring Lasers with Linear Coupling

The routes to asymmetric and symmetric chaos have been elucidated in a four-frequency ring gas class-A laser with the linear coupling between the counterrunning elliptically polarized waves. The diagram of attractors and complicated oscillations arising in the presence of random noise are discussed.
