Kinetic Theory of Phase Foliation at Formation of Langmuir-Blodgett Monolayers
H.V. Grushevskaya, George Krylov, and V.V. Hrushevsky

Cluster theory of phase transition describing the effect of crystal and isotropic phases foliation for a system with diffusion and reactions has been proposed. Phase separation in Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) monolayers in the presence of an external electric field has been considered. We shall utilize the phase-field approach. Self-consistent field approximation for phase-field approach has been developed. The procedure of averaging over non-equilibrium ensemble has been proposed, which is based on linear response theory and irreversible generalized Liouville-Von Neumann equation with a source.
Key words: kinetic equation, diffusion, mean-field approximation, self-consistent field approximation, phase separation
