Monte Carlo studies of Moller and Bhabha scattering in iron targets for polarimetry in linear colliders.

Monte Carlo simulation of Moller and Bhabha scattering in a fixed Iron target is carried out in order to evaluate their usefulness for electron and positron beam polarimetry in high energy linear colliders. The background to these scattering processes, like bremsstrahlung and multiple-scattering, are also in detail evaluated.
