We present technique to carry out numerical simulations of the
Schrödinger-Bloch equations, which describe the lasing
dynamics in 2D microcavities.
We apply the dynamical treatment to microdisk lasers,
and show that the technique make it possible to investigate single-mode
lasing and multi-mode lasing, including supercritical modes,
which can not be confined due to total internal reflection.
