We use the generalized Ginzburg-Landau theory for description both
first and second order quark-hadron phase transition in
quark-gluon plasma. In the framework of this theory the
intermittency and scaling are investigated by different
multiplicity distributions. It is shown that the normalized
factorial moments exhibit a specific behaviour as functions of the
resolution scale.
