The quantum mechanical problem of infinite motion in the dual
charged Coulomb field in the space of constant negative curvature
1S3 is considered. In the case of the dyon potential with an
additional centrifugal term (MIC-Kepler problem), the exact
solution of the Schrödinger equation in parabolic coordinates is
used to determine the scattering amplitude. The expression for the
differential cross section is presented.
