Stochastic Resonance in the Effect of Position Dependent Flipping Rate on an On-Off Ratchet.

We show that the mean velocity of an on-off ratchet is largely enhanced by introducing position dependent flipping rate. It is also indicated that this effect shows stochastic resonance.
