Non-Perturbative Expansion in QCD and Borel Form of the Adler Function.
I. L. Solovtsov and O. P. Solovtsova

A method based on variational perturbation theory in QCD, taking into account the nonperturbative character of the light quark masses and involving a summation of quark threshold singularities, is applied to describe the Borel representation of the light Adler function.
Key words: quantum chromodynamics, nonperturbative methods, renormalization group
