We develop the nonperturbative approach to QCD and apply it
to the process of e+e- annihilation into hadrons to study the
renormalization scheme dependence of the R(s) cross-section ratio.
We show that the scheme dependence in the framework of this approach
is considerably less then in standard perturbative theory and
predictions have practically no scheme arbitrariness in the entire
energy range.

quantum chromodynamics, nonperturbative methods,
strong-coupling expansions, electron-positron annihilation into
hadrons
