An excess of direct soft photons
reaching a factor of 4 as compared to the inner hadronic bremsstrahlung
in hadronic decays of Z0 is studied using photons inside hadronic jets
converted in front of the main tracker of the DELPHI detector.
An analysis of soft photon production rate as a function of the parent
jet characteristics is done. The analysis results can be interpreted as a
proportionality of the anomalous soft photon radiation to the total number
of pairs produced in the fragmentation process, with the
neutral pairs being more effectively radiating than the charged ones.
