The ability of the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider to
detect massive Kaluza-Klein excitations of gravitons and determine
their spin is discussed. The search reach is estimated for the
channel with the graviton, produced in proton-proton collision,
decaying into a pair of photons. A method for determining the
graviton’s spin-2 nature by analyzing angular distributions of
it’s photon decay products via the integrated center-edge
asymmetry is presented.
