Spatial-Temporal Dynamics of Light Beam Interactions in Nonlinear Interferometer

The work presents a theory of the optical beam interactions in interferometers with a nonlinear resonant medium. The formation patterns for the light beam spatial structures in the conditions when the optical bistability mode is realized and symmetry breaking bifurcations are exhibited have been studied. The revealed features of a diffraction mechanism in the case of transverse interaction on two- and four-wave mixing have been analyzed.
