Vacuum of quantum chromodynamics is considered as environment for colour particles. Wilson loop corresponds to the fidelity of quantum motion. Confinement (exponential decreasing of Wilson loop) corresponds to instability and decoherence of pure colour states into a mixed white states. In the case of stochastic QCD vacuum in confinement regime the decay rate of Wilson loop, fidelity and purity is equal to the string tension. Higgs bosons, quantum fluctuations regularize inherently chaotic dynamics of Yang-Mills fields below critical energy density and lead the emergence of order-chaos transition. Squeezed and entangled states appear due to nonlinear interactions.

Key words: confinement, decoherence, environment, instability
