On Resummation of Threshold Singularities in the Relativistic Quasipotential Approach
Yu. D. Chernichenko

The new relativistic Coulomb-like threshold resummation S- and L-factors in quantum chromodynamics (QCD) are received. Consideration is conducted within the framework of quasipotential approach in quantum field theory formulated in the relativistic configurational representation in the case of two particles of unequal masses. We also suggest a new model expression for the principal contribution to the Drell ratio R(s) for the vector current with S-factor in which threshold singularities are summarized into a main potential contribution.

Key words: quantum field theory, production of fermion–antifermion pairs, relativistic Coulomb-like threshold resummation, quasipotential approach
