FOREWORD

This present issue of our International Journal «Nonlinear Phenomena in Complex Systems» is dedicated to the 60-th birthday of Professor Marko Robnik from the Center for Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics University of Maribor, Slovenia. We are delighted to share such an opportunity and it is our great pleasure to honour Professor Robnik in this way. There are several reasons for this very special occasion.

First, Professor Robnik is the world-wide known scientist in the field of quantum chaos, one of the well-established and still developing part of the theory of complex systems. His scientific contribution to the last is hardly to overestimate.

Second, Professor Robnik is one of the eminent members of the Editorial Board of our Journal, belonging to the group of people that established the Journal in 1998 and supported it in different forms all the time.

Third, in 2014 there was organized the International Symposium " Quantum and Classical Chaos: What comes next?" , specially dedicated to 60th birthday of the Professor Marko Robnik, and contributed papers of this symposium was decided to compose the content of this Journal issue.

In the name of the Editorial Board of the Nonlinear Phenomena in Complex System Journal, all contributors of this issue, colleagues and friends, we wish congratulate Professor Marko Robnik with his 60th year jubilee, thank wholeheartedly for his brilliant scientific work, and wish him very good health and strength in his ongoing and future scientific research work.
