This work is a continuation of the study into the primordial black holes (pbhs) in the Schwarzschild-de Sitter Metric with small mass (ultralight) during the preinflationary era. Within the scope of natural assumptions, it has been shown that the quantum-gravitational corrections (qgcs) to the characteristics of such black holes can contribute to all the cosmological inflation parameters both in models with a single inflaton and multiple field inflation shifting them as compared to the semiclassical consideration. The probability for the formation of such pbhs has been studied in different patterns. It has been shown that, considering qgcs, this probability is growing practically always. Within the scope of a cosmological perturbation theory, it has been demonstrated that these qgcs for the preinflationary qpbh induce the metrics quantum deformation in General Relativity. It has been noted that, within the scope of this deformation, the energy-momentum tensor is retained.
