This paper investigates the complex dynamics of a memristive Chua's circuit subjected to external periodic forcing. Utilizing both sine and square wave excitations, we provide a comprehensive numerical and experimental analysis of the system's nonlinear transitions. Numerical simulations reveal a diverse spectrum of dynamical phenomena, including quasiperiodicity, period-doubling cascades, chaotic attractors, and interior crises. Notably, the interaction between memristive nonlinearity and external forcing gives rise to antimonotonicity and periodic bubbles. The fundamental memristive properties of the circuit are verified through characteristic pinched hysteresis loops in the V-I plane, showcasing frequency- and amplitude-dependent memory effects. To validate these findings, an analog hardware implementation was developed; experimental results successfully replicate the distinctive hysteresis behavior and chaotic oscillations predicted by the model. These results deepen the understanding of forced nonlinear dynamics in memristive systems and underscore their utility in neuromorphic computing, signal processing, and chaos-based secure communications.
