Sport and Culture - On the Sense and Value Scenario of Human Movement: Implications of Haken's Theory of Gestalt-Building Processes.

Haken's synergetic approach has opened fruitful perspectives for research in motor behavior and motor learning. His work in this field has implications concerning psychological and sociological as well as ethical questions of a culture of sport. From these implications central perspectives for a culture of sport will be developed.
