Transport Properties of a Chaotic Mesoscopic Devices

A unified theory for both the differential conductance and thermopower of a mesoscopic device is presented. This device is formed of superconductor-semiconductor junction, whose dimensions realizes the ballistic transport property. According to the calculations performed, the obtained results are explained with the view of the chaotic behavior of the present junction.
