A problem of minor actinides transmutation under the
action of neutron irradiation is considered. The transmutation
process is described by kinetic equations set for the functions of
nuclei and particles distribution. The equations are nonlinear
integral- differential ones relating to the required distribution
functions. The results of calculations were used for the
optimization of experiment conditions that were carried out at
proton accelerator of LHE of JINR (Dubna).
