We work out and discuss the Fractional Analytic Perturbation Theory
(FAPT) for QCD observables, developed in [1-3]
both in the Euclidean and the Minkowski regions.
The original analytic approach to QCD,
initiated by Shirkov and Solovtsov [4],
is summarized and its problems are pointed out.
We suggest FAPT for their resolution and discuss technical development of FAPT
- higher loops, convergence, accuracy.
As the applications of FAPT
we consider phenomenological analysis of Higgs boson decay H0
[3]
and of the pion electromagnetic form factor
[5].
Key words:
general properties of perturbation theory, perturbative calculations in QCD, summation of perturbation theory,
renormalization group evolution of parameters
