Electron Diffusion and Spontaneous Dielectric Polarization in Modified Carbon Nanotube Clusters Fabricated by Langmuir - Blodgett Method on Metal-containing Nanocomposites.

Electron microscopy structural investigations of modified multi-walled carbon nanotube clusters formed by Langmuir - Blodgett technology has been performed. Helicoidal structure for these clusters has been revealed and a mechanism of its origin has been proposed. A mathematical description of diffusion and spontaneous polarization process in such structures was carried out.
