Local Dynamics of Complex DDE with Large Delay Feedback.

We consider a complex delay differential equation. It is a model of local dynamics in the vicinity of steady states in a semiconductor laser. The case of asymptotically large delay is studied. We obtain Ginzburg-Landau equation as the so-called quasinormal form in this case.
